Groggy Admiral

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Falconet 
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Turbinado Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method of Attack:

1. Combine ingredients in a rocks glass with ice
2. top with chilled water
3. add bitters
4. garnish with lime wheel and dash of nutmeg
